The objects of the society are:
a) to provide non-profit residential accommodation for persons of low income;
b) to relieve a disability or medical condition associated with the elderly, which includes providing non-profit residential facilities for the care and rehabilitation of the elderly;
c) to establish, construct or re-construct, install, maintain, repair, replace, and operate non-profit residential accommodations and or facilities, as determined by the society in its sole discretion in furtherance of the objects outlined in subparagraphs a) and b) above, and
d) to make expenditures by way of donation, loan, grant or gift to qualified donees as that term is defined under the Income Tax Act (Canada), as may be amended from time to time
